4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Plan Types

• Free: Basic features, 1 digital business card
• Business ($9/month): Unlimited cards, custom branding, lead capture, premium features
• Enterprise (Custom): White-label, team seats, SSO, dedicated support

4.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Wisconsin residents may be subject to applicable sales tax

4.3 Auto-Renewal

4.4 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Free plan continues after cancellation with limited features

4.5 Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Scrape or data mine our service
• Circumvent security measures
• Resell or redistribute our service
• Use automated systems without permission
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

• Your data may be deleted after 30 days
• No refund for remaining subscription period
• Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except:

• Small claims court (under $5,000)
• Injunctive relief for IP violations

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS. Disputes must be brought individually.

13.4 Venue

If arbitration doesn't apply, exclusive venue is in Wisconsin courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tapn.vip.

14.2 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
