This account is created under a Teams or Enterprise subscription owned by your organization. You are being granted access as a team member, not an account owner. The account owner retains full control over your access and permissions.

2. Access and Permissions

Your access to features and data is controlled by permissions set by the account administrator. These permissions may be modified or revoked at any time without prior notice. You agree to:

• Use the account only for authorized business purposes
• Not attempt to access features or data beyond your granted permissions
• Report any security concerns or unauthorized access immediately
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

3. Data and Privacy

As a team member:

• Your activity on the platform may be monitored by administrators
• Data you create may be accessible to other authorized team members
• The account owner may access or export any data associated with your usage
• Your personal information (name, email, phone) will be shared with account administrators

4. Account Termination

Your access may be terminated:

• At any time by the account owner or administrator
• If you violate these terms or company policies
• Upon termination of the organization's subscription
• When you leave the organization

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and may not access any organizational data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, profiles, and data created using this account belong to the organization, not to you individually. You assign all rights to work product created through this account to the account owner.

6. Multi-Factor Authentication

If MFA is enabled, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your registered phone number and email
• Keeping verification codes secure
• Notifying administrators if you lose access to MFA methods

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Use the account for personal, non-business purposes
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Export or copy organizational data without authorization
• Use the platform in any way that violates laws or regulations

8. Notifications and Communications

By accepting these terms, you consent to receive:

• Push notifications related to your account activity
• Email communications from administrators and the platform
• SMS messages if you enable SMS-based MFA

You may adjust notification preferences in your account settings, but critical security notifications cannot be disabled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tapn.vip and the account owner are not liable for:

• Loss of access to your account
• Data loss or corruption
• Consequences of permission changes by administrators
• Issues arising from your violation of these terms

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You will be notified of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the account owner's organization is located.
