Subscriptions (Business, Vault, Academy, Bundle)
Cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period and nothing further is charged.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months, except where the law requires a refund or we choose to issue one.
Free trials convert to paid only if you keep the plan after the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
NFC cards, bracelets and tags (Shop)
Hardware is sold through our Shopify store. Unopened, unprogrammed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; shipping is not refunded.
Custom-printed, engraved or pre-programmed items are made to order and are not returnable unless defective.
Defective items are replaced free within 30 days of delivery — email a photo and your order number.
Tap & Pay payments to members
Tapn.vip is not a party to payments between a member and their customer. Refunds for goods or services are the seller's responsibility and are issued by the seller through Stripe.
If you were charged in error, contact the seller first; if unresolved, email us with the receipt number and we will help route the request.
Event tickets
Ticket refunds are set by the event organizer. Organizers can refund from their event dashboard; Tapn.vip does not hold ticket funds.
Digital products (workbook, courses, credentials)
Digital downloads and course access are non-refundable once delivered or started, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email Welcome@tapnvip.com with your account email, order or receipt number and what happened. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.
