What is Tapn.vip & how do I use it?
Tapn.vip is your digital business card plus the tools around it. One tap of your NFC card (or a scan of your QR code) opens your card on anyone's phone — no app needed — and they can save your contact in one touch. Everything else (CRM, events, Tap & Pay, vault, Academy) builds on that card.

Upload a photo, write a bio (or tap 🎙️ to dictate / ✨ to let AI write it), add links and documents.

Choose what visitors see (the toggles)
Public — anyone, including search engines. Unlisted — only by tap or direct link. Private — nobody can open it.
Field toggles: Phone, Email, Address, Company & title, Photo, Bio & pitch, Social links, Custom links, Documents, Payment links, Business IDs. Hidden fields are removed server-side, not just hidden in the design.
Where: Customize → Info tab → “Who can see your card” and “What shows on your card”
What you'll see: Untick Phone and your number disappears from the public card and its data. The preview updates instantly.

Write your NFC card
Android (Chrome): tap Write NFC, then hold the tag flat against the back of your phone until it vibrates.
iPhone: Safari can't write tags (Apple restriction). Write once from any Android phone — iPhones read the card perfectly afterwards. Your QR code works everywhere meanwhile.
Where: Dashboard → Write NFC (or the NFC icon in the top bar)
What you'll see: Your phone vibrates; tapping the card on any phone opens your Tapn.vip card.
Test your tag → - 5
Share it
Download your QR code for print, Beam it phone-to-phone, or paste your link in your email signature.
Where: Dashboard → QR / Beam / View Card
What you'll see: Every tap or scan shows up in Last 30 days and in your Contacts Repository.

Quick answers
How do I use the NFC part?+
Your card has a chip. Hold it to the top (iPhone) or back (Android) of any phone — the phone shows a notification that opens your card. Nothing to install for the other person.
To put your link on the chip: Dashboard → Write NFC on an Android phone (Chrome). Lost the card? Dashboard → Report Lost freezes it instantly.
What is Tapn.vip in one sentence?+
A tap-to-share digital identity: your card, your contacts, your events and your payments — all behind one tap.
What are the toggles for?+
They decide what the public sees. Card visibility (Public / Unlisted / Private) controls who can open the card at all; field toggles decide which details appear. Save, then open your card link to confirm.
What should I do next?+
Open Contacts Repository after your first event, try Tap to Get Paid, or run an event with the Events guide.
